Software License Policy and Agreement

Read before installing astroPeregrine Astrology Software.

LICENSE

astroPeregrine Astrology Software is a software product under Eternity Software Company. astroPeregrine Astrology Software license is for a single machine under one user, and it is not authorized to use a copy in several machines. Use on a machine being used as an internet server is prohibited. Any part of this program merged into another program will continue to be subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Once the program is installed and activated on your computer, the program can not be returned and is not refundable, and you acknowledge acceptance of this agreement.

This License is effective until terminated. Eternity Software Company has the right to terminate your license immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

COPYRIGHT

It is prohibited:

  1. To change or remove the copyright notice on any part of the program without prior written permission from Eternity Software Company.
  2. To duplicate this software in its entirety or any of the components in any form or format, and constitutes a violation of copyright law, and it is subject to civil and criminal prosecution under those laws and by international agreement.
  3. To distribute this software without express and written permission by Eternity Software Company, making both distributor and recipient subject to criminal prosecution.
  4. To sell the license for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Eternity Software Company will support users and repair software should there be any significant problem. All calculations or interpretations produced by this program are intended for research or entertainment only, and you assume all responsibility for the actions taken as a result.

Not included in the limited warranty are the following exceptions that will not be subject to refund.

You assume responsibility of:

  1. Checking compatibility requirements before purchase.
  2. Checking the compatibility of changes or upgrades of the Operating system after purchase of astroPeregrine Astrology Software.
  3. Not upgrading when there is an astroPeregine Astrology Software update.
  4. Inability to download and install the program due to slow/poor internet connection.
  5. Improper installation, and use of the program. If you need support during installation, please contact us for support.

In no event will Eternity Software Company be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this program. This holds even if Eternity Software Company or a dealer has been told of the possibility of such damages. (Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.)

TRANSFER

astroPeregrine Astrology Software License is untransferable.
